Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at carpetsabudhabi.ae. We value your trust and aim to deliver premium carpets, rugs, flooring, curtains, blinds, and custom decor solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
After 10 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be in original packaging
• Not show any signs of damage, alteration, or installation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

Please include:
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Color (Non-Custom Items Only):
The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Custom-Made & Made-to-Measure Products

All items made according to customer-provided measurements or specifications are considered Custom Orders.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied by us
• Item damaged during delivery

We strongly advise customers to carefully verify measurements before placing an order, as we are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by customers.


5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fee.
Restocking Fee: AED 0.00


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection via email.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged product.
• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
